Here at Forever Friends Pet Care Center and Hospital, we are here for you and your pets. We understand how difficult a cancer diagnosis can be, so we are here to help! We can guide you through the process and answer all your questions so that you can make the right decision for you and your loved pets.
It is important to schedule an appointment with us so that we have time to discuss the different treatment options you have. Surgery is usually best if we are able to remove the cancerous tumor. However, it is not always possible, so we also offer chemotherapy and radiation.
Pets do much better with these treatments than we do. They often do not suffer the side effects of the treatment, which can be as hard as the disease. For this reason, we will be happy to treat your pets with chemotherapy, radiation, or both if necessary.
However, there are times when the best we can do is treat the symptoms. We will do everything we can to keep your pets as comfortable as possible. We want your pets to have a good quality of life through it all.
Diet is also important when pets have cancer, so be sure to discuss your pets’ different diets with us whenever you visit our hospital.
A cancer diagnosis is very scary, but always remember that we are here to help you and your pets through this difficult time. Don’t hesitate to contact us here at 440-926-3231 so we can answer all of your questions.
